Our methodology

How we actually run an implementation.

Most agencies hide their process. We publish it. Every stage has a fixed deliverable, a fixed price, and a clear next step you can walk away from.

Week 7+

4

Run, evolve, expand

30/60-day post-install check-ins. Optional retainer to keep the system sharp, evolve it as your business changes, and expand scope as trust compounds.

/ Who from your side
1 ops or product person for a monthly 30-minute touch
/ Who from ours
Same engineer who built it (no handoff to a junior)
/ What you get out
Monthly health check, tweaks, support, optional new-work time, quarterly strategy
/ When you can walk away
After 3-month minimum on Light Maintenance, then month-to-month forever.

✕ You sign: Tier 3 retainer — month-to-month after a 3-month minimum.

How this differs from the alternative

What you won't see in our process.

  • Discovery calls that turn into 6-week unpaid scoping marathons
  • Vague hourly billing with monthly surprise invoices
  • Junior account managers as the day-to-day point of contact
  • Dashboards built to look impressive in board meetings, not to be used
  • Strategy documents we hand over and walk away from
  • Scope changes priced as new projects with new contracts
