LogicFox Ltd ("LogicFox", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use logicfox.ai, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), the data controller is LogicFox Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16543237), registered office Office One, Coldbath Square, London EC1R 5HL. What we collect, and why

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run our business.

When you contact us. If you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use this only to respond to you and, where relevant, to discuss working together. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you initiated) and, where it leads to an engagement, performance of a contract.

When you join our newsletter. We collect your email address so we can send you occasional updates. Lawful basis: consent — you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.

When you use the AI consultation on our homepage. You can describe your team to get example AI opportunities back. We do not store what you type. When the feature is running live, your input is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate the on-screen response and is not retained by us for any other purpose. Our servers log only request status and timing — never the content of what you typed.

When you browse the site. We use privacy-first, aggregate analytics that do not use cookies and do not collect personal data or build a profile of you. We see anonymised, aggregated figures such as page views and referrers — never anything that identifies an individual visitor.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, each acting as our processor under contract:

• Resend — delivers our contact-form and newsletter emails.
• Railway — hosts the website.
• Anthropic — processes AI-consultation input to generate responses (no storage; only when the feature runs live).
• Privacy-first analytics provider — aggregate, cookieless usage stats.

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or equivalent) to protect your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@logicfox.ai and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk — though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
