Terms of Service

Last updated 7 June 2026

These terms govern your use of logicfox.ai (the "site"), operated by LogicFox Ltd ("LogicFox", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16543237). By using the site you agree to these terms.

The site is information, not an offer

The content on this site — including descriptions of our services, tiers, pricing ranges, case studies, and the AI consultation feature — is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular result. Any engagement with LogicFox is governed by a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work or equivalent), which takes precedence over anything on this site.

The AI consultation

The homepage AI consultation generates illustrative examples of where AI might help a business like the one you describe. It is an automated tool for illustration only — it is not tailored professional advice, and you should not rely on it to make business decisions without speaking to us. Outputs may be approximate or incomplete.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content through our forms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to LogicFox Ltd and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

The site may link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
